Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible
• Products must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
• Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned. 
• We do offer 100% satisfaction on all products, so if you are not satisfied please contact us through this process.
• Customers are allowed only 1 return/refund per opened/partially used product type unless it is damaged or tampered during the shipping process.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Start a Return:

1. Click "Start a Return" below and sign in to your account (you'll receive a 6-digit code via email)
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Choose the items and provide a return reason
4. Submit your request
5. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions and a label via email
6. Ship the items back and receive your refund
