Refund policy

ThistleDew Vitality, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible
  • Customers are allowed only 1 return per opened/partially used product type unless it is damaged or tampered during the shipping process.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

  • Gift Cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@thistledewvitality.com.

  • No restocking fees are charged

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions and a label via email
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to a specified address.  Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after contacting support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved damaged or incorrect item claims may qualify for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. ThistleDew Vitality reserves the right to request the return of damaged or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email:  support@thistledewvitality.com or go to your account page and follow the prompts given.

Include your order number and reason for the return if emailing our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
