Subscription Policy
How Subscriptions Work
- When you subscribe to our products, you'll receive automatic shipments at your chosen frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.)
- Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment
- You'll receive an email reminder before each billing cycle
- Subscription pricing includes a discount compared to one-time purchases
Managing Your Subscription
- Log into your account at any time to manage your subscription
- You can pause, skip, or reschedule upcoming orders
- Update your shipping address or payment method anytime
- Change your delivery frequency as needed
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime with no fees or penalties
- Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard return policies apply
Billing & Payment
- Your card will be charged 5 days before each shipment date
- If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process it again
- After 3 failed payment attempts, your subscription will be paused
Shipping
- Subscription orders ship using the same methods as regular orders
- Free shipping applies to subscription orders over $100 (if applicable)
- Delivery times are the same as standard orders
Returns & Refunds
- Subscription orders follow our standard return policy
- Refunds are processed according to our regular refund policy
- Returned subscription items do not cancel future shipments unless you request cancellation
