Subscription Policy

How Subscriptions Work

  • When you subscribe to our products, you'll receive automatic shipments at your chosen frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.)
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment
  • You'll receive an email reminder before each billing cycle
  • Subscription pricing includes a discount compared to one-time purchases

Managing Your Subscription

  • Log into your account at any time to manage your subscription
  • You can pause, skip, or reschedule upcoming orders
  • Update your shipping address or payment method anytime
  • Change your delivery frequency as needed

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime with no fees or penalties
  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard return policies apply

Billing & Payment

  • Your card will be charged 5 days before each shipment date
  • If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to process it again
  • After 3 failed payment attempts, your subscription will be paused

Shipping

  • Subscription orders ship using the same methods as regular orders
  • Free shipping applies to subscription orders over $100 (if applicable)
  • Delivery times are the same as standard orders

Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription orders follow our standard return policy
  • Refunds are processed according to our regular refund policy
  • Returned subscription items do not cancel future shipments unless you request cancellation
