Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Orders placed after 5PM MST will begin processing the next business day.

Subscription Orders
If you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery:

Future subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped based on your selected delivery frequency

Shipping fees (or free shipping eligibility) are applied to each shipment individually

You are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping and billing information for subscription orders
Changes to subscription shipping details must be made before the next billing date to take effect.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Delays or losses resulting from address errors
Returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
ThistleDew Vitality is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
