Such a blessing in my life recently. I’ve been dealing with UTIs, and it’s been a struggle, but as soon as I got on methylene blue, all my symptoms went away.

After using a couple other brands of methylene blue I switched to ThistleDew. I started with a powder version first then went to meraki. Both worked fine but with ThistleDew vitality your getting 2 ounce instead of 1 ounce and a 1 percent solution instead of a 1/2 percent solution with meraki. So apples to apples with meraki its no comparison. You're basically getting 4 times the amount of product with ThistleDew. The powder version also worked well and was cheaper but after 3rd party testing it came back high in lead. Methylene blue is a great product for sustained energy. Choose wisely so you dont get a watered down version or one that contains high levels of trace metals.

I decided to try using these empty gel capsules for my methylene blue. I like that I can take it like this and keep my mouth from turning blue. I also like that I don't have to worry about the bitter taste of methylene blue when I use the capsules. The capsules do dissolve fairly fast when the liquid is put in them so you do have to take it right away, but this is a good thing because I want to benefit from the quick absorption of the liquid methylene blue. I had an extremely rough year healthwise and was ready to get back to feeling like myself again. I had been on methylene blue for just two weeks, and went on a walk and decided to try some interval running. I started running, and it felt so good that I didn't stop.
